Legal problems: data ownership privacy protection access control anonymization – separation of medical data from personal data

 Access to data:

Standard access authorised access to a case history including image data data integrity and completeness – distributed repositories

Content-indexed access flexible numerical descriptor indexing system reverse search direction

Assurance of a capability to compare image data.

Data transmission:

• construction of an indexed, hierarchical 3D data structure
• data transmission controlled by this structure
• development of a 2D and 3D image data transmission protocol with quick transmission of the most significant information
